- I have been using Rubber-Refresh
since it first became available and
I am simply amazed at how well it works. We have used Rubber-Refresh
on all of the 34 printers and 11 fax
machines in our facility.
Recently our HP 4SI with a bulk paper feeder began mis-feeding. HP
discontinued selling the feed rollers in March '02 and no one carries the
rollers anymore. This printer runs 3000 pages per day of production orders,
a very critical aspect of our companies business. Given the tight economic
conditions these days, requesting a new printer was going to be a very
unpleasant process. Rubber-Refresh
got the printer going again in just
minutes!

After having the box sit on the shelf for weeks, I finally made time to
use the Rubber-Refresh.
Great Results! Now the printer works
like new, and we were ready to pitch it, since we couldn't get the paper to feed
at all.
I modified your procedure, however. Instead
of turning the machine off and trying to poke around to get to all parts of
rollers, I simply kept the machine on, placed a cotton ball saturated in Rubber-Refresh
against a roller, then hit the select button on the
printer. This cycles the machine, including turning the rollers for
a complete revolution while I held the cotton ball in place. I kept
repeating this until all 3 rollers were completely clean. Very easy.

I have an old HP Laser III, which I used as a workhorse. I was going to dump
it as it was getting progressively worse at not picking up paper, now every
10 -20 pages.
When my wife's OfficePro 1170CSE started to miss the occasional sheet I
started looking around for a fix. I found your product and, of course tested
it on my wife's printer first, then used it on the old HP.
It has now been almost a month and several hundred sheets later and neither
printer have once failed to pick up the paper.

I own a Sharp SF-8260 bought very old and used
in 1996. With several service calls and some creativity, I was able to use the
middle tray until I gave up around 2000. I was reluctant to take the
servicemen's advice of putting dishwashing liquid on the rubber wheels every
few sheets since I did not want that stuff in my machine. They said
replacement rubber parts would cost $160.00, which I did not buy. I used the
hand feed portion of the copier until that failed. Since at least 2001, three
years, the machine has not been turned on.
I decided to try your product, since for $10 I had nothing to lose before
discarding the copier, except all the money I had poured into it to this
point. After one application the middle tray was back to accepting a sheet if
it was laid atop the metal prongs of the tray. The bottom tray did nothing.
After three applications, not only did both trays work, but also they accepted
paper held beneath the metal prongs of the trays. I watched in amazement as a
machine, which was old in 1996, which had had multiple service visits, which
could not be maintained (or get the bottom tray to work at all), and which had
not been turned on for three years make copy after copy.
We had been making two-minute expensive copies on our computer printer. Not
anymore. Thank you. Your product is miraculous.
